HOW IT WORKS

  If you would like to see a personalized proof before you receive your personalized Snapchat filter, please select the 2 BUSINESS DAYS - PROOF options. You will receive a proof to review and approve within 2 Business Days of purchase. One round of revisions is included if necessary. Delivery of final file is dependent upon how quickly you approve the proof.
  
  
• 24 HOUR RUSH - NO PROOF
  If you need your filter quickly and do not want to see a proof, please select the 24 HOUR RUSH-NO PROOF option. You will receive a link to download your personalized Snapchat filter within 24 Hours of purchase/personalization information being provided.
  
  
• 24 HOUR RUSH - PROOF
  If you would like to see a personalized proof before you receive your personalized Snapchat filter, please select the 24 HOUR RUSH-PROOF option. You will receive a proof to review and approve within 24 HOURS of purchase. One round of revisions is included if necessary. Delivery of final file is dependent upon how quickly you approve the proof.

2.) Provide the name(s) for personalization (first name OR last name only; not both due to Snapchat restrictions) and date (if you want to include the date on your filter).

3.) Check your email. You will receive a message from us depending on the Delivery Time & Proof Option selected that includes either your proof or a link to download your Personalized Snapchat Geofilter file. This is a digital product. No physical items will ship.

4.) Upload your personalized geofilter to Snapchat (https://www.snapchat.com/create) and follow their instructions. It is recommended that you upload your file to Snapchat from a computer, not a phone or tablet. You are responsible for uploading the file to Snapchat and all fees that Snapchat charges to upload a filter to their system.

Snapchat has an approval process for filters that are uploaded. It is recommended that you submit your custom filter to Snapchat at least 24 hours (48+ hours is recommended) in advance to your scheduled event timeframe. If you like to plan ahead, you can also submit a filter up to 180 days before its launch date. SPECIFICATIONS

We create our Personalized Snapchat Filters according to Snapchat’s posted specifications. This filter is designed to work on regular sized phones as well as larger phones like the iPhone X.

• File Format: PNG with a transparent background
• Size: 1080 x 2340 pixels under 300KB

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Snapchat charges a MINIMUM of $5 per filter you upload to their system. The cost of a filter depends on event location and it’s size (Geofence), and how long you want the filter to run. You are responsible for uploading the file to Snapchat and all fees that Snapchat charges to upload a filter to their system. During the specified timeframe, the Geofilter will be active on Snapchat, and available for use by you and your guests.
