At The Spotted Olive™ we strive to make our customers happy, so please be sure to review our cancellation & refund policies as your are ordering personalized products. If there is something that you are not satisfied with due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately via email so we may attempt to remedy the situation to the best of our ability. Please read below for our policies on cancellations and refunds.

If work has not started on your personalized order and you wish to cancel, we will refund your order less a $5.95 processing fee to cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your personalized order after receiving your first digital proof, we will refund your order minus a minimum $25 design and processing fee. If you decide to cancel your personalized order after multiple rounds of digital proofs, we will refund your order less a minimum $35 design and processing fee which will be assessed accordingly.

For all personalized items, a customized digital proof will be emailed within three (3) business days (Monday-Friday; excluding holidays) to the email address provided in your account. Three (3) proofs are included free of charge. Additional rounds of changes are billed at $9.95 per proof. Please be sure to thoroughly review your digital proof for any errors or misspelled words in addition to verifying that all dates and times are correct. By approving your final digital proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. The Spotted Olive is not responsible for errors including misspelled words or incorrect information on approved digital proofs. The Spotted Olive is not responsible for the cost of reprinting due to any errors you have approved nor will a refund be issued as per our cancellation & refund policies.

Once you approve your final digital proof, the printing process will start and there are no changes, cancellations or refunds. 

All sales are final due to their personalized nature. Please be aware that every monitor and printer is calibrated differently resulting in variations from what appears on the screen. Paper type and color may also affect the color upon final printed output therefore exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.
