In an effort to cut down on waste and be environmentally aware, we print our no-personalized items on demand, once an order is placed. Kindly allow approximately 7-10 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
Some items are available immediately with a limited inventory and will ship within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
PERSONALIZED PROOF TURNAROUND TIMES
A personalized digital proof will be emailed to the email address associated with your account within three (3) business days (Monday-Friday; excluding holidays). Our average turnaround time on proofs is less than two (2) business days.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS TURNAROUND TIMES
Your order will be submitted for printing within one (1) business day after you have approved the final digital proof (Monday-Friday; excluding holidays). Turnaround time is approximately
ten (10) business days (Monday-Friday; excluding holidays) from approval of the final digital proof until you receive your printed order. You will receive an email with the tracking number for your package once it ships. We make every effort to meet or exceed our posted timelines.
ESTIMATED TURNAROUND TIMES OVERVIEW
The majority of our products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (an estimated 2-3 day service depending upon destination, but not guaranteed by USPS) or USPS First Class Mail. The Spotted Olive™ currently only ships to USA domestic addresses. There are some instances when our products will be shipped via another shipping carrier.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your shipment for the estimated arrival time. In the event that your order is late or does not arrive as scheduled, please use the tracking number to track the whereabouts of your package.
Most orders are shipped directly from our studio in Colorado, but some items such as mugs, t-shirts, etc. are shipped directly from our production partner in Arizona.
