Print on water-resistant sticker or label paper, cut-out and place on your bottle(s). I have set-up 4 labels on an 8.5" x 11" sheet so you can maximize your sticker/label sheet. You can either cover or remove the existing label.
Quick tip on how to remove an existing paper wine bottle label:
Fill your sink with cold water, add approximately 1/4 cup of baking soda to the water, then stir to dissolve. Soak the bottle with the label under the water for at least 30 minutes. Many labels start to fall off after the first 30 minutes, but you may need to continue to soak the label for another 30-60 minutes and possibly overnight for labels with extra strong adhesives.
Once the existing label has started to come off, carefully peel or scrape off any remaining label. Remove any sticky adhesive residue by scrubbing with steel wool or a scrubby sponge and a little dish soap. You can also use a product like Goo Gone to help remove any remaining residue. Dry off your bottle, position and carefully apply your new label. Enjoy your celebration! Cheers!
This is the most successful and easiest method we’ve found for removing paper wine bottle labels, although sometimes a little patience is required! For alternative methods to removing an existing wine bottle label, search Google or YouTube.
Every day is a great day for a party so let’s celebrate!
Cheers!
