Our hearts go out to all those around the world who have been impacted by COVID-19.

During these hard times dealing coronavirus pandemic, we all have to come together and just do what is important to keep others healthy and stay healthy ourselves. That means social distancing, washing your hands thoroughly and frequently, coughing/sneezing into your elbow, and staying at home, especially when you are sick.

But, please remember, just because you don’t feel sick doesn’t mean you aren’t carrying the disease and spreading it to others in your community.

It is our responsibility to take care of each other. Inconvenience should never be more important than saving lives.

And with all the social distancing and staying at home, many people are frustrated and on social media more than ever, so whatever you do, please be kind. You never know what someone else is going through.

I wanted to spread some love and encouragement during this difficult time of social distancing, quarantine and self-isolation, so I designed this encouragement text message.

Download it, save it to photos on your phone, attach it in a text or email message and send it to loved ones to let them know we’ll get through this. And if you need a reminder that everything is going to be ok, you can use it as your phone wallpaper too.
