I love the idea of Galentine’s Day (February 13th) where women take the time to show their appreciation for their friendships with other women. This made-up holiday created by Amy Poehler’s character, Leslie Knope, on the show Parks and Recreation has become a real-life annual day to spend with your favorite gal pals.
